Beginning therapy and sharing your most intimate struggles can feel overwhelming. With that in mind, I strive to create a space that is completely non-judgmental, a place where we can explore what is no longer serving you. Please know that the change you desire is truly possible.

I work with adults and couples facing a range of challenges, including relationship issues, life transitions, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and low self-worth.

^I work with are anyone who defines themselves as a couple.

Navigating different types of therapy can be confusing, so I want to explain a few of the approaches I use to give you a clearer picture of how we can work together. While these methods sound complex, they each examine a unique and important part of your life and well-being. By blending them, we can create a comprehensive plan that's tailored just for you.

Psychodynamic Approach
This approach is about looking beneath the surface. It helps you explore your past experiences and understand how they've shaped your emotional patterns and behaviors today. We'll work together to uncover how your individual history influences your current relationships and what you might be doing subconsciously that affects your life now. The goal is to bring these hidden patterns to light so you can start making different, more conscious choices.
Relational Therapy
This therapy focuses on the power of connection. It's based on the idea that our well-being is deeply tied to the quality of our relationships. We'll explore how your past relational experiences affect your current interactions, using our own therapeutic relationship as a safe space to practice new, healthier ways of connecting. The goal is to help you build more authentic relationships and a stronger sense of self.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
This is a very practical, goal-oriented approach. It helps you become more aware of the link between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. We'll identify any negative or unhelpful thought patterns and work on strategies to change them. Think of it as a toolbox—we'll learn skills and techniques you can use to manage anxiety, depression, and other challenges in your daily life.
